Adding a new project
Only managers and project leaders
can add a project. (However, anyone can
).
You need to give a name to the project, and as with all folders,
you can give some additional information to show below the name.
Once a project has been added, you will then need to

allow people to add themselves to a public project on that page: such
projects are identified with this indicator alongside their names
